William Seay , is a licensed insurance producer, liscensed private
investigator, bail bondsman and formally a certified paramedic. William is
also the vice president of the West Virginia Association of Bondsman and
owner of 1st Action Bail Bonds,1st Action Recovery and National Bonding
Inc.
Gary Vaughan, began his career as a soldier in the Army's 101"st Airborne
Division. During his eight years of service he accumulated various titles and
became a combat veteran during the Gulf War. Since leaving the military, he
has become a premier private investigator with experience in both criminal
and civil fields. Gary is also a bail bondsman in several West Virginia
counties as well as a licensed insurance agent.
Daniel Ray Hall, is a resident of Beckley, WV. Daniel is a current Licensed
Action Insurance also owns and operates his own business (1st National
Enterprises) which consist of private investigations and process serving.
Another attribute is that Daniel is a current Bail Bondsman/Bail Bond
Enforcement Agent for the last five years. Daniel has worked as a private
investigator and process server for a combined ten years under 1st Action
Investigations and other affiliated investigative agencies before opening his
own agency in the line of private investigations.
Rita McMillion,  Licensed Insurance Agent, with over 15 years experience
in insurance & office management. Personal lines as well as Commercial
lines of insurance.  Rita is a wife and mother of two sons.
